Step-1
First of all flash your phone with this firmware

Step-2then open your comd prmt and type this command
adb shell am start -n com.android.settings/.DisplaySettings
adb shell am start -n com.android.settings/.DevelopmentSettings
Step-3now your see the settings
Just do you need to enable "Developer Options". goto Settings>About phone, and tap on the “Build number” 10 times until you get a message that you are a “developer.".
Now to your surprise you will see an additional settings in the settings menu called "Developer Options".
Once you have enabled the "Developer Options" tap on it and click on "OEM unlocking" and you will get a popup warning as shown below, just ignore it if you would like to proceed.
