"Reset FRP" operation requires phone to have enabled ADB. During the operation "boot.img" of Combination firmware is being written into the phone. "boot.img" from Combination firmwares can be not compatible with current phone's firmware. In such case phone will stuck on logo, or will be rebooting after writing of such boot. In this case to restore the phone to it's initial condition You need to reflash it with different full stock (original) firmwares (or try to write only boot of such firmwares).
Try to write "boot.img" of Combination firmware manually (via "Write Firmware" operation with enabled "Advanced Mode" option), then try to make "Reset FRP" operation again. Press "No" when Software will "ask" You whether to write "boot.img" during Reset FRP process
