Steps :
1. first off frp via combination then off oem via otg mouse
2 flash twrp find easily anywhere available twrp, flash twrp through odin and off autoreboot in odin
3. after flash complete remove battery and put device in twrp recovery
4. after that extract below given file and flash that boot.img through twrp
5. next after flash twrp don't reboot device, next format device in twrp recovery
6.then reboot device
Secand method
1. Copy Boot.img to Sd Card and insert inside Phone.
2. Open Odin and select Oreo TWRP.tar [Uncheck Auto-Reboot] Important.
3. Flash and after it completes reinsert battery and boot to TWRP Recovery Mode.
4. Go to Install> Install Image.
5. Browse and select the Boot.img from SD Card.
6. After install is complete Go back and Format data and type Yes to confirm.
7. Reboot> System.
